  • Push Up Toe Touch
  • Quad Reach Plank Reach

Exercise

Circuit #1 (x2)

  1. Single Leg Deadlift to Overhead Press
  2. Glute Bridge Hold
  3. Single Leg Deadlift to Curl
  4. Glute Bridge Pulse

  1. Skaters (20)
  2. Low Plank (45 sec)
  3. Knee Tuck Jumps
  4. Low Plank Bottle Reach

  1. High Knees (30)
  2. Squat Jump
  3. Push Up Toe Reach Back
  4. Plyo Lunge
  5. Superman In and Outs
