WARM UP
- Arm Circles (5 forward, 5 reverse)
- Cross Body Shoulder Stretch
- Overhead Triceps and Shoulder Stretch
- Toe Touches
- 10 sec hold
- Slow roll up (4 seconds)
- Calf Stretch
EXERCISE
*Workouts require resistance bands. Each workout is 30 second on, 15 seconds off. 3 rounds through.
- Side Step
- Standing Kickback
- Glute Bridge with Abductor Squeeze
- Squat Press
- Front Raise
- Sumo Squat
- Hammer Curl
- Tricep Extension
COOL DOWN
- Plank (60 seconds)
