WARM UP

  • Arm Circles (5 forward, 5 reverse)
  • Cross Body Shoulder Stretch
  • Overhead Triceps and Shoulder Stretch
  • Toe Touches
    • 10 sec hold
    • Slow roll up (4 seconds)
  • Calf Stretch

EXERCISE

*Workouts require resistance bands. Each workout is 30 second on, 15 seconds off. 3 rounds through.

  • Side Step
  • Standing Kickback
  • Glute Bridge with Abductor Squeeze
  • Squat Press
  • Front Raise
  • Sumo Squat
  • Hammer Curl
  • Tricep Extension

COOL DOWN

  • Plank (60 seconds)
